QIS Ladies Group attended Eid Celebration Ceremony held at Griffith University Multi Faith Centre. Muslim women from various cultural backgrounds shared their experience of Ramadan on stage. An audience consisting of ladies and gentlemen from various religious and ethnic groups were present. 
Each year during the holy month of Ramadan, the QIS organizes formal and private Iftar dinners for Queenslanders of different faiths and cultures at designated venues as well as at the private homes of Muslims. This unique project enables Queenslanders of all ethnic and religious backgrounds to socialize and learn about each other's customs in a warm friendly atmosphere.
